Calculation Methodology
Concentration
peptide (mg) ÷ water (mL) = mg/mL
Assumes uniform distribution of peptide throughout the solvent.
Injection volume
dose (mcg) ÷ 1000 ÷ concentration (mg/mL) = mL
Converts micrograms to milligrams before dividing by concentration.
U-100 syringe units
volume (mL) × 100 = units
U-100 syringes hold 100 units per mL. Each unit = 0.01 mL.
BAC water needed
peptide (mg) ÷ target concentration (mg/mL) = mL

Are the doses in the library accurate?
The dosing ranges listed are compiled from publicly available research literature and community-reported usage patterns. They represent commonly cited ranges only — not medical recommendations. Actual dosing varies significantly based on individual factors, research goals, and compound purity.
How does the dose calculator work?
The calculator uses three inputs: peptide amount (mg), BAC water added (mL), and desired dose (mcg). It divides peptide by water to get concentration (mg/mL), converts your dose to mg, divides by concentration to get injection volume (mL), then multiplies by 100 to give U-100 syringe units.
How does the BAC water calculator work?
You enter the total peptide in the vial (mg) and your target concentration (mg/mL). The calculator divides peptide ÷ concentration to tell you exactly how many mL of BAC water to add. It also pre-calculates syringe units for common dose sizes at that concentration.
What is a U-100 insulin syringe?
A U-100 syringe is calibrated for U-100 insulin (100 units per mL). Each unit mark on the syringe equals 0.01 mL. This is the most common syringe type used for subcutaneous peptide injections because of its fine graduation.
Is my schedule data private?
Yes. The schedule tracker stores all data exclusively in your browser's localStorage. Nothing is transmitted to any server. Clearing your browser data will erase your logs.
